Our service

Fiji Assist provides concierge and local assistance services in Fiji. Submitting a request does not create a binding agreement; it begins a conversation. Any task only proceeds after we agree on scope and price with you.

Quotes & payment

Consultations and tasks are priced as described on our Pricing page or quoted per task. You approve the price before work begins. Payment terms will be confirmed with each engagement.

Responsibilities

We carry out agreed tasks with reasonable care and report honestly. You're responsible for giving us accurate information. We may decline requests that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside what we can reasonably do.
